Founded in 1988, Trinity Properties is a boutique real estate company offering a full range of services: from sales and property management, to the marketing of vacation rental homes. A number of the homes managed by Trinity Properties are rented as vacation rentals and include simple beach homes to elegant, multi-million dollar estates. Our clientele includes leaders of foreign governments, heads of major Hawaii based businesses, high profile entertainment figures, as well as vacationing families from all over the world. A member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Hawaii Visitor and Convention Bureau, Trinity Properties continually strives to maintain our upstanding reputation and business integrity.

Ann "Annie" Kwock, R joined the Trinity Properties team at its inception in 1989 by Annette Pang. Annie is now President and Principal Broker of the newly formed Trinity Properties LLC. In addition to high-end sales, she has developed the property management and vacation rental division to service the needs of absentee owners. Annie's focus is on developing new property management clients, vacation rental marketing, and real estate sales at all levels.

Julie Mercer, R joined Trinity Properties in 1990 as an Administrative Assistant and Sales Agent, and has been an active broker in Hawaii since. Julie's diverse talents include selling real estate at all levels, managing select properties for absentee owners, and providing bookkeeping services. She has also functioned as the point person in the development and construction of three beachfront and oceanfront properties for major clients. Julie now heads our bookkeeping department providing the highest level service and expertise.

Mary Farkash, RA joined Trinity Properties in 2000 as a Sales Agent, and has been an active sales agent in Hawaii since 1984. Mary's in depth market knowledge and excellence in customer satisfaction have been the basis for her success in representing buyers and sellers of high end real estate in Hawaii. She is a long time resident of Lanikai.

Chris Mercer, RA joined Trinity Properties as an active Sales Agent in 1991. He has a diverse background in sales and customer service and offers his clients a standard of excellence unsurpassed in any industry along with his extensive knowledge of the Hawaii real estate market.

Claudia Evenschor joined Trinity Properties in 2004 as our Office Manager bringing with her twenty years of experience in client service, travel agency and vacation rentals. Originally from Germany, Claudia adds the Continental touch to our team and keeps us running smoothly with her passion for excellence. Her focus is primarily on property management issues as well as maintaining a flow of communication between homeowner and office.

Cynthia Bostick joins Trinity Properties in 2006 as our Reservations Specialist and Guest Manager. With her wealth of experience in the corporate world she is truly a wonderful asset to our company. Cynthia's entrepreneurial spirit has led her to start many businesses ranging from fishing charters to event coordination and sports marketing. We are privileged to have her energy and professional expertise especially for our reservations department.

Lori Tolentino joins Trinity Properties in 2006 as our Assistant Bookkeeper. Her background includes group reservations with Hawaiian Airlines, travel agency sales and, more recently, as administrative assistant to a Hawaiian contracting company.

Stacey Fay, RA joins Trinity Properties in 2006 as our Property Manager for South of Oahu. Stacey brings with her excellent management skills having had 22 years of successful experience in luxury and executive homes management. We are proud to have Stacey be a part of Trinity Properties, LLC and oversee all of our exclusive properties in the Oahu South area.

Annette Pang, RA founded Trinity Properties in 1988, to service the growing demand of Asian friends and family. Setting the standard in excellence for client service, integrity, and professionalism, Annette, former president of Trinity Properties, holds her active license with Pacific Acquisitions where she is focusing on commercial real estate. We maintain our deep gratitude to Annette for her unfailing support and guidance.

MARKETING

We market our vacation rental extensively via the following:

  • · A daily ad in the Honolulu Advertiser in the vacation rental section.

     
  • Our web site: www.trinityproperties.com. Since establishing our web site three years ago our volume has grown exponentially. We maintain our own web site giving us the flexibility to update information, add new properties and modify the design within hours. Our web site is submitted monthly to all the major search engines and is accessed easily when doing simple searches.

     
  • Extensive ads in Vacation Home Rental in Hawaii magazine, which is distributed on the newsstands and in bookstores throughout Japan. Since participating in this publication, which premiered in January 2000, we have experienced a significant increase in the number of visitors from Japan. We have approximately 25 homes represented in this publication
  • Japanese television program featuring Hawaii Vacation Homes. Trinity Properties was one of three real estate companies in the islands selected to participate in this program which is aired regularly on t.v. in Japan.

     
  • Extensive marketing and cooperation with a network of real estate sales and rental agents, local and mainland travel agents.

     
  • Ongoing marketing to our extensive client base via email, the internet and direct mail. 

MANAGEMENT

We tailor our management services to the needs of the client. Most of our non-resident clients require our complete management service which includes the following:

  • All property maintenance, preparation and supplying for the vacation rental market;

     
  • Full scale marketing as stated above;

     
  • Full bookkeeping service including paying all bills, collecting rents, security deposits, etc., monthly reporting, establishing client trust accounts, submission of all paperwork related to short term rental licenses, etc.;

     
  • Ongoing communication with owners;

     
  • Coordination and hiring of all subcontractors and outside services. 
     
  • Coordination of all minor and major repairs.
