Graced with vaulted ceilings with mahogany trim in the great room and dining room this villa has zoned air conditioning throughout. There is a large kitchen with island for pleasant casual seating. The Master Bathroom showcases a soaking tub set in marble platform. There is a spacious "doorless" walk-in shower opening to a lovely courtyard shower space. The Natural stone flooring and luxury marble countertops are a few of the extra features that make this a special place. Please be advised that Wai'ula'ula is a new community.
