All of our properties have a minimum stay requirement that varies from home to home, however most require a one month minimum. Christmas & New Year are subject to a premium.

A small pond in the front cascades water to add sparkle to the area and puts a pleasing melody in the air. The eat in kitchen is smartly done in black, white, and chrome. There are four gas burners and 2 electric and two ovens plus a microwave. A family size barbecue resides by the pool for cook-outs. There is a generous quantity of TV, VCR, CD player and a fax machine as well as Roadrunner hookup for your computer. The pool is fenced for those with small children, but we will remove the fence at your request. Located just 2 blocks from the Kahala Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
